The House of Representatives passed — by an overwhelmingly bipartisan vote of 342 to 92 — a critical piece of legislation called the Postal Service Reform Act.

The Postal Service Reform Act is the jump-start the USPS — which, as a reminder, gets no taxpayer funding and is currently being run by a Republican mega-donor installed by Donald Trump — desperately needs.
