It’s clear that too many representatives and senators can’t be trusted *not* to use their positions to enrich themselves in the stock market.

To Congress

You are not supposed to exploit public office for personal gain. Since some members of Congress don’t seem to get that, we clearly need a law banning stock trading by representatives and senators.
