OUR PETITION

We, the undersigned, urge our U.S. senators to hold a vote on and pass H.R. 1. The reforms included in this pro-democracy, anti-corruption legislation would mark a dramatic improvement in our political and moral life — and we demand immediate action.​

The U.S. House of Representatives recently passed H.R. 1 — the most far-reaching pro-democracy, anti-corruption legislation our country has seen since passage of the Voting Rights Act in 1965.

It takes two houses and a presidential signature to pass legislation — so we can best celebrate this milestone by turning our attention to the Senate.
