Ethylene oxide is a cancer-causing chemical used in equipment sterilization and chemical manufacturing.
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has tried to use faulty studies from industry sources to get the EPA to water down ethylene oxide standards.
Tell the EPA that you support its decision to reject chemical industry-standards proposed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and to use the best available science to determine the risk that ethylene oxide poses to our communities.
Submit your comment to the EPA now.
