Tell the SEC: Don’t Let Corporations Hide the Facts

Right now, there is no way to know if the corporations that you’ve invested in are spending your money to try to elect politicians who want to defund Social Security and Medicare, stall progress on health care reform or further deregulate Wall Street.

We often have no insight into their tax-gaming strategies, gender equity policies, decisions on responding to the climate crisis or how they treat their workers.

Now, the conservative-led U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is trying to make it harder to get answers to these important questions.

Don’t give corporate CEOs more leeway to hide important information.
